Been a minute.

Day-job over the holidays was insane, so not much break to speak of, but have been staying very busy. Fired off five story submissions to different magazines, including Uncertain Stories, Story Magazine, Locative Magazine and Literary Heist.

Currently keeping occupied editing and reading for another magazine, who shall remain nameless (to prevent any of you from bribing me to give your contest submission a higher recommendation).

Today is also six-year anniversary of first date with the wife, who is more beautiful than ever, and the most recent heat wave has finally broken, so it’s a good day all over.

Working on a few things next: a horror short story about a sip & paint brunch that goes horribly wrong, and then I believe it’s time to give The House Always Wins a thorough edit/rewrite.
